Limited Sponsorship Opportunities

Custom-branded photo backdrops, commonly referred to as “step-and-repeats,” are very popular attractions at events. They create a red carpet atmosphere throughout the evening and provide continued logo exposure as photos are posted and shared online after the event.

A photography sponsorship includes all benefits of a Silver Sponsor, as well as:

  • Company logo branding on our official In Vino Vita step-and-repeat backdrop
  • Post-event recognition on the Fox Chase website and social media pages, where photos will be posted

During the cocktail reception, guests will be busy competing for a variety of fantastic silent auction items. Our mobile bidding software allows the silent auction competition to continue during dinner and the event program. Mobile bidding begins at check-in and continues until the start of the live auction following dinner.

Sponsorship of the silent auction and mobile bidding includes all benefits of a Bronze Sponsor, as well as:

  • Name or company logo prominently displayed in the cocktail reception and silent auction area
  • Name or company logo featured on mobile bidding application
  • On-screen recognition before the live auction

For the convenience of our In Vino Vita guests, complimentary valet parking is provided at the event.

A valet sponsorship includes all benefits of a Bronze Sponsor, as well as:

  • Name or company logo signage prominently displayed at the valet station
  • Opportunity to provide a branded promotional item to include in every vehicle

The In Vino Vita program includes a video presentation highlighting the incredible work of Fox Chase’s researchers and clinicians and their impact on our patients. The video often introduces the special pledge— one of the most compelling elements of the evening.

A video sponsorship includes all benefits of a Bronze Sponsor, as well as:

  • On-screen recognition following the video presentation
  • Post-event recognition on the Fox Chase website and social media pages, where the video will be posted
